HPPA Membership Required to Invite End-Buyers

DISTRIBUTOR HOSPITALITY SUITES:

  • 18' x 12' (6 Total) -- $250
  • 20' x 25' (4 Total) -- $400


INCLUDES:

  • Standard Suites:
    Pipe and drape Space (two 10’ sides and one half wall front)
    One 60” Round Table with 6 chairs (black linen)
    One 6’ Table (no table cover)
  • Large Suites:
    Pipe and drape Space
    Two 66" Round Tables with 8 chairs each (black linen)
    One 6' Table (no table cover)

    REBATE:

    As a special incentive, you'll receive a $100 rebate if 15 or more of your end-users visit the show.


    POLICIES:

    • The distributor may place a pull-up banner adjacent to your space entryway
    • No other signs, banners, flags, etc. allowed outside your space, including the parking lot or building entrance
    • The distributor may decorate their individual space as preferred as long as they do not interfere with the show or other spaces
    • Staff cannot block aisles outside your space
