This workshop will explore how culture influences sales outcomes and guide participants through assessing and redefining their team's environment. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, attendees will develop actionable plans to foster a culture that enhances team performance and customer satisfaction. She is a seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience.     Her expertise in aligning human capital with organizational goals has made her an invaluable asset across various sectors, from startups to established corporations. Hope excels in crafting training and development initiatives that enhance professional growth and organizational effectiveness, mainly focusing on creating intentional, positive workplace cultures.
