General Information
Promotional Communicator is published quarterly for and about the members of the Houston Promotional Products Association (HPPA). With a circulation of approximately 400, it is distributed to the distributors and suppliers who are members of HPPA. Issue dates are MARCH, JUNE, SEPTEMBER and DECEMBER.
Ad Requirements:
Full Page (7 1/2" X 10")
1/2 Page (7 1/2" X 4 3/4")
1/4 Page (3 5/8" X 4 3/4")
Insert (8 1/2" X 11" - single or double sided)
HPPA reserves the right to reject, delete or re-word any advertisement.
Newsletter Designed in COREL 14. Send files as CDR, EPS, AL. Convert all fonts to curves or email fonts needed. We are PC Based.
Advertising Deadlines:
Artwork and inserts need to be received in the HPPA office according to the following schedule, with full payment, in order to be included in the next issue.
