SHIPPING
MAPPS/CAPPA SHOWS BOOTH TRANSPORTING- Suppliers exhibiting at the MAPPS Show on Monday, August 16, 2010 and the CAPPA Expo in San Antonio, on Friday, August 19, 2010 will have the option of the MAPPS/Houston/CAPPA transporting of your booth FREE OF CHARGE.

Set-up begins at 3:00PM and ends at 6:00PM
If you shipped your freight to George Fern Company or utilized the MAPPS/Houston transport, your freight will be delivered to your booth.
Upon arrival at Reliant Center, please proceed to the registration desk to pick-up your name badges and parking passes.
6:00 PM Welcome Reception
A Welcome Reception for all exhibitors and HPPA volunteers will be held at a location to be announced.

If you are utilizing the Houston/CAPPA transport, special stickers will be provided to you prior to the end of the show. Label your boxes with the stickers provided. Labeled boxes will be picked up from your booth.
Displays in boxes shipped from FedEx/UPS/ Ground Freight must be labeled with appropriate freight shipping form adhere. All packages will be picked-up from your booth and shipped as specified.
